Shannon Town's U14 Girls kicked off 1 of 8 cup finals the club is involved in last Friday night in the County Grounds.

Although the lost on the night to a very strong Ennis Town side who were title contenders finishing just 1 point behind eventual winners Park Utd, they done themselves proud. They were only 2-0 down at half time and never gave up as game finished up 7-2 to Ennis.

Shannon Town's goalscorers on the night were Ciara Lysaght and Emma Nolan. Well done to all the girls on the night and to their manager John Kelly.
